1. General Terms

1.1. These purchase and sale terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set out the mutual rights and obligations of the Buyer and MB “Etalona” (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), the conditions of purchasing and paying for the goods, the procedure for delivery and returns, the responsibility of the parties, and other terms related to the purchase and sale of goods.

1.2. The Seller may amend these Terms as permitted by applicable laws in the relevant jurisdictions, including the country/region where the Buyer resides and any mandatory consumer protection regulations. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.

1.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have legal capacity to purchase goods under the laws of their jurisdiction.

1.4. Individuals who have reached the age of majority under the laws of their own jurisdiction, or have valid parental/guardian consent where permitted, and legal entities acting through authorized representatives. Orders may be restricted due to export controls, sanctions, or local legal restrictions.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. By completing checkout, the Buyer submits an offer to purchase the goods. The purchase-sale agreement is formed when the Seller begins processing the order for fulfillment. If the Seller cannot process the order for any reason, the Seller may cancel it and refund any payment. The agreement remains in effect until all obligations are completed.

3. Buyer’s Rights

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the stepels.com online store according to these Terms and the procedures established by the online marketplace.

3.2. Return and cancellation rights are determined by the consumer protection laws of your country/region. Unless stricter local law applies, our standard policy is:

• EU/EEA & UK: 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery.
• Other regions (US/CA/AU/ROW): 30-day return period for unused and unopened items, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Certain products cannot be returned where prohibited by local law, including:
• personalized or custom-made items
• perishable goods
• sealed hygiene or cosmetic items once unsealed
• goods that cannot be returned for health/safety reasons once opened
• digital content delivered immediately with your consent
• other non-returnable goods required by local law in your region

3.3. To exercise your return right, you must contact us in writing with your order number and return details. We will provide return instructions in accordance with the laws applicable to your region.

3.4. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition unless local consumer law permits otherwise.

4. Buyer’s Obligations

4.1. The Buyer must comply with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use of stepels.com, and other conditions clearly stated on stepels.com, and must comply with applicable laws of their own jurisdiction.

4.2. The Buyer is required to pay for the goods and additional services (delivery, etc.) and accept the goods in accordance with these Terms.

4.3. The Buyer is required to pay for the ordered goods or services and accept them according to the procedures established by these Terms.

4.4. If any of the Buyer’s registration details change, they must update the information immediately.

5. Seller’s Rights

5.1. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the online store or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately limit, suspend, or terminate their access to the stepels.com online store without prior notice.

5.2. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice.

5.3. The Seller has other rights as provided under these Terms and applicable laws.

5.4. The Seller and stepels.com have the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if the Buyer fails to pay for the goods within 1 (one) business day.

6. Seller’s Obligations

6.1. The Seller is obliged to ensure that the Buyer can properly use the services provided by the stepels.com online store.

6.2. If the Seller cannot supply the ordered goods due to important circumstances, the Seller is obliged to offer the Buyer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses to accept the alternative product, the Seller must refund the money within the timeframe required by applicable consumer protection laws (e.g. 14 days in EU/UK, or other local timelines).

6.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if:

6.3.1. The Buyer fails to pay for the goods within 1 (one) business day when paying via bank transfer.

6.3.2. The Buyer fails to pay the required advance within 1 (one) business day when paying in cash.

6.3.3. Due to technical issues or data transmission errors on the stepels.com platform, regardless of the cause.

6.4. When purchasing on installment, the Buyer must follow the rules for purchasing goods on installments as defined by the bank.

7. Prices, Payment Procedure, and Deadlines

7.1. The prices of the goods on the online store and in the order are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (e.g., GBP, EUR, USD).
Taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) and any customs duties or import taxes depend on your shipping country.

7.2. The Buyer can pay for the goods using one of the following methods:

• Payment via PayPal.
• Payment via a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) through a secure payment gateway.

7.3. The Seller will begin preparing the goods for shipment and calculate delivery time only after receiving payment for the goods.

8. Delivery of Goods

8.1. The Buyer, when ordering goods, must provide an accurate delivery address.

8.2. The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer when the goods are delivered to the address provided, in accordance with applicable law.

8.3. Goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorized representative of the Seller.

8.4. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by region. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistics, or events outside our control. We will inform you of shortages or delays and provide options. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, without limiting your mandatory consumer rights. In such cases, the Seller will promptly contact the Buyer to discuss delivery options.

8.5. In all cases, the Seller is not liable for any delays in delivery if the goods cannot be delivered or are delayed due to reasons beyond the Seller’s control.

9. Subscription Terms 

9.1. By purchasing a subscription product, you agree that your order will automatically renew according to the billing schedule clearly shown at checkout. Your first payment covers the initial shipment. Unless canceled, the same payment method will be automatically charged again according to the renewal schedule displayed at checkout (e.g., after 7 days for the first renewal, then at regular intervals).

9.2. By completing your purchase, you authorize MB “Etalona” to automatically charge your payment method for recurring subscription payments until you cancel. The renewal price, frequency, and next billing date will be disclosed on the checkout page.

9.3. Cancellation – You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to support@stepels.com with your full name, order number, and cancellation request. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

9.4. All subscription orders are subject to the standard delivery terms in Section 8 of these Terms.

9.5. If payment for a renewal fails, we may attempt to charge the payment method again or contact you to update your details. If payment is not received, shipments will be paused until payment is confirmed.
